IHF4 centrifugal pump takes nodular cast iron as pump shell, F4 lining for volute chamber and other parts contacting the medium and metal reinforced blade and mold PTFE shaft as the impeller. Its seal guarantees long service life, high strength and good corrosion resistance. It is applicable for conveying strong caustic medium for long time between -20°C~110°C.
FSB fluoro-plastic alloy centrifugal pump employs fluoro-plastic alloy for all parts contacting the medium and has such merits as compact structure, reliable seal, durable life, high strength, ageing resistance, no toxic substance and good corrosion resistance.
Its working temperature is -20°C~110°C. It is applicable for conveying any acid, alkali and salt solution, strong oxidizer, organic solvent and other strong caustic media without solid particles (except hot melt alkali metal, fluorine and chlorine trifluoride). The mechanical seal is equipped with water cooling device for conveying liquids over 100°C to prolong the service life of mechanical seal.
The product is applicable for acid washing and painting in automobile industry; conveying electrolyte in nonferrous metallurgy; treatment of fluorine contained water and waste water and acid adding in the production process of ion film caustic soda.
