AY Series Processing Pump

AY series processing pump are the center support (OH2) or between-bearing (BB2) structure and the pumps with single or two-stage impeller can be manufactured and supplied.

Flow: up to 600 m3/h (2,640gpm)
Head : up to 330m (1,082 ft)
Working Temperature: -45 ~ +450 ℃
Pressure: 2.5~6.4 MPa

2. The back pull-out design enables the bearing pedestal including impeller and shaft seal to be removed with the volute casing left in position

3. Shaft sealed by cartridge mechanical seal + API flushing plans.ISO 21049/API682 seal chamber accommodates multiple seal types

4. AY(S) Top-top nozzle configuration, AYP End suction, "S" means double-suction impeller

5. High-efficiency hydraulics

6. The pump rotation is Counterclockwise when looking from the drive end

7. Jack screws (motor side) for an easier alignment setting

8. Bearing lubrication and cooling options:Oil mist /Fan cooling/ Water cooling

It is mainly applicable to conveying the clean liquids of low/high temperature, neutral or corrosive.
It is mainly used in petroleum refining, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, oilfield, oil and gas transportation and other fields.
