JK2 series special control cabinet for submersible pump which has an integration of motor starting and water pump protection and owns the PLC interface. For the water pump & motor, the control cabinet can carry out the protection on the short circuit,overload,phase loss,oil leakage, water leakage, stator winding over temperature and bearing over temperature.
JK2 series special control cabinet adopts the cabinet type(including wall-mounted) protective structure with the protection grade of IP55. According to the user requirement, the product maybe customized to be outdoor type(protection grade IP45) or made of stainless steel. The starting mode: direct starting, self-coupling step down start, silicon-controlled soft starting, variable-frequency speed control,etc.
The quantity of water pump control is respectively 1 to 1, 1 to 2, 1 to 3, 1 to 4,etc. The product has functions like alternate work and stand by pump operation.
JK2 series special control cabinet has three operating modes like manual control, remote control and automatic control. Switching be achieved through the switcher.
Manual control: carry out the control through the buttons on the cabinet.
Remote control: Reserve the switch contacts & terminals for remote input, available for centralized control (PLC); in addition, send the water pump operation signals, fault signals and PLC planned operation signals to the PLC.
Automatic Control: Carry out the control through the float switch or liquid level controller.
