Routine maintenance of submersible pumps. Check whether the power cord is damaged every day, and it is absolutely forbidden to launch the submersible pump with leakage. Check whether the water pump body is damaged every day to ensure that the motor does not leak electricity when it is working. After the operation is over, the sundries attached to the water pump should be cleaned up in time, and the water pump should be rinsed clean. In order to ensure the normal operation of the submersible pump, the following requirements must be followed. Before using the submersible pump, the insulation resistance of the motor must be checked with a megohmmeter, and the minimum value should not be less than 50MΩ.
The water-immersed motor should open the water filling screw plug, fill it with clean water, and then tighten the screw plug. Do not unscrew the water filling screw plug and enter the well directly. Check the cable for cracks and breaks before use. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time to prevent leakage. Before the submersible pump is launched into the water, clean water should be injected into the pump, then idle for 1-2 minutes, and start twice, check whether the starting and idling are normal, and whether the steering meets the requirements. If the steering is reversed, just exchange any two-phase wiring. Check whether there are cracks in the water pipe and whether the connection is firm. When the submersible pump is lowered and hoisted, it is absolutely not allowed to pull the cable hard to avoid damage to the cable or disconnection of the joint, causing undue accidents. Iron wires or pallets should be used to go down and lift.
The power supply voltage should be controlled within ±5% of the rated voltage, so that the motor can work normally. If the voltage is too low or too high, the motor cannot continue to be used, so as not to damage the motor when it works under overvoltage or undervoltage for a long time. When the submersible pump is submerged in water, it should be suspended vertically and not inclined. The water entry depth is preferably 5 meters below the dynamic water level. Submersible pumps must not transport water or mud with high sand content. The actual head of the submersible pump should be used within 0.8-1.1 times the rated head to improve the efficiency of the unit, save energy, and avoid overloading the motor.
The wiring of the submersible pump motor must be connected firmly to prevent the motor from burning due to lack of phase. The cables must be frequently checked for cracks, scratches, etc., and replaced or repaired in time. If the oil-immersed motor has oil leakage, it should be repaired in time by the manufacturer or the maintenance point, and the sealing element should be replaced. For water-immersed motors, the sand in the motor cavity should be cleaned frequently, and the clean water in the motor cavity should be replaced. After the submersible pump has been in operation for half a year, it should be repaired and inspected, and damaged parts should be replaced. After the submersible electric pump is used, the water-immersed motor should be drained of clean water in the motor, the electric pump should be cleaned, oiled to prevent rust, and stored vertically in a dry place.
