1. When purchasing a submersible pump, the first step is to identify the manufacturer of the submersible pump. When selecting a pump, the first step is to check the brand number and product qualification certificate. You cannot purchase "three no" products, that is, without a manufacturer, production date, or production license.
2. The diameter of the deep well pump must match the diameter of the wellbore. In order to ensure smooth lifting and lowering of deep well pumps, there is room for rapid collection of groundwater during pumping, without resistance, and to reduce pump wear and tear during operation, it is required that the diameter of the lifting pipe and pump body should be greater than the maximum diameter of the pump body by 20-40 mm, that is, the annular gap between the maximum diameter part of the pump body and the well wall should be 10-20 mm, in order to extend the service life of the water well and deep well submersible pump.
3. When choosing a submersible pump, it is necessary to determine the flow head. If the minimum, normal, and maximum flow rates have been specified in the production process, the maximum flow rate should be considered. If only normal flow rate is given in the production process, a certain margin should be considered. For large flow rates with ns>100 and low flow rates, a margin of 5% should be taken for the low head pump flow rate. For small flow rates with ns>50 and high head pumps, a margin of 10% should be taken for the flow rate. For pumps with ns ≤ 100, a margin of 5% should also be taken for the flow rate. For pumps with poor quality and operating conditions, a margin of 10% should be taken. If the basic data only provides weight flow rate, it should be converted to volume flow rate
