Design Features
● The inlet and outlet pipelines are the same in the nominal diameter.
● The inlets and outlets of HZW300, HZW350, HZW450, HZW500, HZW600 are inward at the top and outward at the bottom; while the ones of other types are inward at the bottom and outward at the top
● The rolling bearing adopts thin oil lubrication.
● The blade and hub are cast into one body; for the HZW300, HZW350, HZW700, HZW800, HZW900 types, the casting angle can be determined according to site working condition; while for other types, there is only one angle.
●The packing seal and double mechanical seal are available.
●The shaft is protected and kept away from pumped medium and able to adopt a wide range of materials.
● ZW250, HZW450, HZ and W600 adopt leather belt transmission; HZW300, HZW350, HZW700, HZW800, and HZW900 are directly connected with motors; and HZW500 can adopt leather belt transmission as well as direct connection with motor

Material
The overflow parts of pump adopt 1Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, INCOLOY 804, 1Cr18Ni12Mo3Ti, etc. as raw materials as well as some special materials.
